A Bermuda home

Built in the early part of the 1800s, BelAir in Paget is one of the oldest and most distinguished homes in Bermuda. It's a National Trust property and currently for sale - at least to anyone with about $7.6 in their back pocket.

The house was built by a young businessman who made his money in trade with the Caribbean. He built the house for his lovely wife. Unfortunately the two never had any children and the house was left to a nephew in their will.

It is rumoured to be haunted. According to records at least two residents died while living here and they spirits are said to haunt the stairs.
If you saw the stairs.... we'll I guess you would be haunted too having to go up and down those to get to bed.
The views are spectacular - the entire North Shore, Hamilton and even Dockyard is visible from the wrap-around balcony above. The widest I've seen in any home in Bermuda.
